Privacy Policy
Pilates Class Builder was designed around a simple principle: the classes you build are yours, and there's no reason we should see them. This policy explains in plain terms how your data is handled.
Data controller
The data controller for personal data processed in connection with Pilates Class Builder is Antoine Conan, sole trader operating under the trade name "Stackwise", registered in France under SIRET 994 535 060 00010. Privacy contact: [email protected].
Local-first storage
All your Pilates classes, blocks, exercises, folders, favorites and notes are stored on your device only, using Apple's SwiftData framework. No copy is sent to our servers. If you uninstall the app, the data is deleted with it.
Subscription processing
If you subscribe to Pro (monthly or yearly), purchase events are processed by:
- Apple App Store — handles all payment, refund, and subscription management. Apple's privacy practices apply to the payment flow itself. See Apple Privacy.
- RevenueCat Inc. (United States) — our subscription management subprocessor. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, the App Store transaction receipt, your device's Identifier for Vendor (IDFV), device model, OS version, and your storefront country. This data is used solely to validate your subscription and unlock Pro features on every device you sign into with the same Apple ID. RevenueCat does not use this data for advertising or cross-app tracking. See RevenueCat's privacy policy. Transfers to the United States are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses.
No analytics, no tracking, no ads
We do not embed any analytics SDK (no Google Analytics, no Firebase, no Mixpanel, no Amplitude, no Sentry, no Crashlytics). We do not embed any advertising SDK. We do not use third-party cookies or pixels on the website beyond what is strictly necessary to serve the pages. We do not track you across apps or websites.
What we do NOT collect
To be explicit, Pilates Class Builder does not access or collect:
- Your location.
- Your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, calendar, reminders, or health data.
- Your email address (unless you write to us voluntarily).
- Your name, age, gender, or any other profile information.
- Your usage patterns, session duration, screen flows, or feature engagement.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (and equivalent laws elsewhere), you have the right to access, rectify, delete, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. Because the app stores your data locally on your device, deleting the app deletes the data. For any data held by RevenueCat (transaction history tied to your anonymous app user ID), write to [email protected] and we will request deletion on your behalf. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority — in France, the CNIL.
Children
Pilates Class Builder is rated 4+ in the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). The app does not require an account, does not access any device identifier that could enable a child's profile to be built, and does not display advertising of any kind.
Changes to this policy
If this policy materially changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required, notify you in the app on the next launch. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
